Electrical Installation Within Domestic Properties

Oakleaf Electrical successfully quoted and were subsequently awarded Phase 1 of works, which consisted of 23 new 3 and 4 bed houses. These works were carried out between 2015 and 2016 and were completed within a 9 month period; at a value of over £125k.

Unfortunately Phase 2 works were awarded to another electrical contractor who was successful at quotation stage. This Phase consisted of 10 properties.

However, Phase 3 works were again awarded to Oakleaf Electrical and works commenced in Spring 2019. This phase consisted of 100 properties, made up of 3-4 bed houses and communal apartments. The completion date is dependent on house sales, but it is expected to be at some point in 2021.

The value of Phase 3 to Oakleaf Electrical is over £440k. The challenge of any new build house in large quantities, is the ability to work under extremely tight time lines with other trades. Therefore, it was critical that the engineers were well organised and methodical in their approach to their work.
