Oakleaf Electrical undertake a variety of works, including large new build and refurbishment contracts (up to the region of £350k). We carry out general maintenance and electrical testing for local and national organisations, such as the NHS, Kent Police, local and County Councils, various universities, colleges and schools.

Our Contract Managers and skilled electricians work closely with customers to ensure their projects come in on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality of standards.

We have successfully carried out multiple commercial electrical installations within the South East of England. We can help with the design of your electrical installation to meet the requirements of your business, allowing you to achieve maximum productivity, with minimal disruption. Being long serving members of the NICEIC and ECA, we will ensure that we fully comply with the necessary requirements of your local authority, whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

We specialise in meeting tight schedules and working in occupied areas. We know that undertaking an electrical project can be disruptive, which is why we focus on working as unobtrusively as possible and at a time to accommodate your schedule. Throughout the process, we work closely with general contractors and construction managers to ensure the project meets its budget, is on time and is of a high standard.

We work with building and facilities managers to test, repair and maintain electrical systems to ensure they function at their optimum performance. We carry out both reactive and periodic maintenance and offer several different levels of proactive maintenance, to suit all budgets.

Domestic New Builds

Oakleaf Electrical can support your new construction project and help deliver a successful completion. We work with general contractors and construction managers, to provide dedicated assistance through all phases of the construction process.

We are experienced new build contractors and understand that new houses require more complex systems to support high tech networks and lighting control systems, that we all now expect to use within our homes.

With the appropriate planning and organisation, we can go some way to “future-proof” your new home by installing new data/network cabling with the main wiring, ready for smart home technology. This will save the client having to retro-install in the future.

We can design, plan and install electrical systems for new builds and have the appropriate knowledge and experience to carry out the inspections and testing procedures, according to the latest BS 7671 Regulations and issue Electrical Installation Certificates and Part P Building Regulations Compliance Certificates.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We install Electric Vehicle (EV) charging equipment to commercial and domestic properties. The advantages of this can be to reduce emissions, save you money as well as being kind to the environment.

EVs are often more digitally connected than conventional vehicles, with many EV charging stations providing the option to control charging from a smartphone app.

You can plug in your EV when you get home or arrive at the office, and have it ready for your onward journey.
